About
Elmo Chan is an AHPRA-registered psychologist trained in educational and developmental psychology. She supports children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, specific learning disorders and intellectual disability, and is trained in administering the ADOS-2.
Alongside private practice she works part-time with the Department of Education and Training, collaborating with schools, families and other professionals on student wellbeing and learning.
Elmo believes that understanding a child early gives them room to grow in confidence, and she builds her work around the therapeutic relationship and each child's strengths. She consults in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Outside the clinic she gardens, cooks, makes things by hand, and watches films.
